  • Shipping and Delivery

    We dispose of various shipping and delivery methods which are outsourced to MRW and UPS. That way, in the checkout process you are free to choose the service that suits you best. These services always deduce the fastest delivery possible to the address we are provided with, that being either your residence or workplace. In some cases you might also want to opt to have your parcel delivered to a Pick Up point.

    *Depending on the country you are buying from you may not have all the delivery services available to you:

    • Home/Workplace delivery with UPS

    Assuming you opt for this method, on the delivery day you will be notified of the time of the day the carrier expects to make the first attempt of delivery. In the event of impossibility to deliver the parcel in the first attempt for reasons of absence or others, you will be notified of a second attempt of delivery. Once again, if it the second attempt is not successful then you will either have a third and last attempt of delivery or the parcel will be stored in a UPS Pick Up point for 15 days for your collection, depending on the proximity of a UPS Pick Up point to your address.

    • Home/Workplace delivery with MRW (Spain Only)

    If you opt for this method, on the delivery day you will be notified of the time of the day the carrier expects to make the first attempt of delivery. In the event of impossibility to deliver the parcel in the first attempt for reasons of absence or others, you will be notified of a second attempt of delivery. Once again, if it the second attempt is not successful your parcel will be stored in a MRW Pick Up point for 15 days, giving you enough time to collect it.

  • Taxes and Customs Duties

    Extra-EU orders may be subject to VAT, Import Customs Duty or other country-specific taxes, payable by the recipient upon receipt of the order in the country of destination. This means that in extra-EU orders MaxiLeaf does not include VAT on the final amount paid for the order or any customs duties and/or taxes. These rights / fees, if any, will always be paid by the customer. For more information about the charges for delivering an online order in your country, please consult your local customs service.

  • Returns

    In case you find yourself unsatisfied with the purchased article you can return it within 30 days from the time it has been delivered to you/pick up point. However, the return is only possible if:

    • The products do not showcase any signs of having been washed or used beyond the necessary fitting trial
    • The products maintain their original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged beyond the necessary for a careful opening;
    • The products and packaging are complete (i.e. a pyjamas set has both the shirt and trousers), including its respective labels;
    • Depending on your country, the return of your article might be subject to a returning fee.

    Having verified that the article fulfils the aforementioned criteria, to proceed with the return you must:

    1. In your customer area, access the "Orders" menu. There you must select the order and within it the articles which you wish to return 
    2. Fill in the return form
    3. Put the complete products, with its bag and labels inside a box or other package, making sure it is well packed and sealed
    4. Stick on the box (MaxiLeaf’s or a similar one) the return label we will send you by email with the time and address of the collection.*

    * If you are from Spain or Portugal, then no return label will be sent out to you. All you will need is to await the parcel's pick up by MRW's courier. 

    Please be aware that free returns are not available worldwide. Therefore, if it is your case that returns are in charge of the customer, be mindful that none of the expenses can be attributed to MaxiLeaf. If you still wish to return your items you can do so by addressing them to:

  • Exchanges, Reimbursement and Voucher

    Exchanges are limited to the article size. It is not possible to exchange an article by another of a different reference. The most agile procedure for exchanging for a different article is to return the one that has been sent out to you and opt for a voucher emission. This way you can use the returning article’s value in a new purchase. Click here to check if we practice exchanges for your country.

    In case you select the reimbursement option bear in mind that it is processed to the same payment method it has been previously used when first purchasing the item. This option is available to all the countries we ship to.

    Alternatively, you can always go for a voucher instead of the reimbursement if it is your wish to use the value in MaxiLeaf’s online store. This voucher can be used in any purchase on our Online Store for a year.
